Is a family business that has been operating in the Blue Mountains for more than 20 years. They are at the forefront of Australian manufacturing and are a leader in their field. They fabricate and install structural steel for Sydney’s residential and commercial construction industry, and an opportunity has arisen for a trade-qualified Boilermaker to join their friendly team. About the role:Working with the team in the maintenance area, you will find yourself operating within a well-resourced and supportive environment, performing the following duties:
- Fabrication and welding of structural steel to applicable standards
- Inspecting applicable assemblies and completing associated paperwork
- Identifying hazards, assessing risks, and acting accordingly
Working with various gauge materials from heavy steel to aluminium, you will fabricate the materials from the ground up. You'll work standard hours of 7 am - 3:30 pm Monday to Friday, with optional overtime regularly on offer, and will enjoy loads of support as you acclimatise to your new role. You'll work collaboratively with other in-house trades regularly.

What do you need to apply:
Essential: - 1554 qualified
- Boilermaker trade qualification with 5 years of experience
- The ability to read and interpret drawings and standards
- The unrestricted right to live and work in Australia
- Able to work as a part of the team or autonomously as required
- Eye for Detail
- Ability to work safely and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Heaving Fabrication experience a must
- Structural fabrication exp
- Monday-Friday availability
- Ability to follow instructions and follow through on all tasks
- Must have a positive approach, high energy level and enthusiasm for the job
- Attendance, punctuality and reliability is a must
- Solid fine motor skills
