Our client is a large and well-established equipment hire company with a strong presence on the eastern seaboard of Australia. Looking for someone to join the Alexandria Branch.

They have a large fleet of equipment and offer training, support, and excellent opportunities for career progression. We're looking for motivated, positive, and experienced hire industry professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers. On offer is an excellent salary with additional paid overtime, regular bonuses, and the opportunity to work with a friendly team who have developed a strong position within the industry.

Selection criteria:
  • Previous experience within the equipment hire industry, ideally within a similarly busy environment
  • Excellent customer service skills including great phone manner
  • A current Australian driver’s license
  • The ability to work occasional half-day Saturdays (overtime rates apply)
  • BASEPLAN experience (preferred)
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing and ensuring exceptional customer service, both by telephone and face-to-face
  • Creating hire contracts, processing payments and refunds
  • Identifying and recovering any damages
  • Participating in regular stock takes
