We are currently looking for a Field Service Supervisor to come and join this customer focused team based in Eastern Creek. Although you will have the backing of a global organisation, you will enjoy working in a small friendly and supportive team with endless opportunities for career development and travel.

Your new Role

Your mission, should you choose to accept will be ‘the service guru’ for all lifting equipment sold to customers, you will provide any onsite support, phone support or breakdown repairs.

Your daily duties will range and can include;

  • Provide Phone and technical support to both the company and customers
  • Attend breakdowns in the Sydney metro area, and regional & interstate jobs
  • Assist with pre delivery inspections in the workshop
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed and complaint
  • Submit all service reports as required
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements

What do you need to be successful

  • Trade qualified or have hands on mechanical experience  
  • A solid understanding of hydraulics and electrics (prior experience with forklifts or lifting equipment would be highly regarded)
  • A good attitude and work ethic
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Organised and able to work autonomously
  • Excellent customer services skills, and a sense of urgency
  • Tech savvy and intermediate computers skills
