Our client, who has a long and impressive history located in the beautiful Blue Mountains is seeking an experienced technical level 1 or level 2 helpdesk support IT all-rounder to join their well established, friendly, and supportive team in their Katoomba office.
These guys have well over 100 staff working across various sites in the Blue Mountains in a variety of roles.
Your new role - Helpdesk Support Analyst
You will be working in a busy, supportive IT team, providing a wide range of IT support functions, predominately around infrastructure management for their various sites in the Blue Mountains.
This is a 3-6month casual full-time role initially, with the possibility for extension after review

Apart from your awesome 'can-do' attitude, we do not require any formal qualifications, you will need to have experience in a similar helpdesk support role though, which should showcase your;

This is a Monday to Friday role working 7 x hours a day between the hours of 8am-530pm, flexibility is required and shifts are typically slightly staggered to give full coverage.
