Due to employee annual leave, our client is seeking a Receptionist to join their busy team for a minimum of 3 months. You must be able to handle a busy switchboard with multiple incoming calls simultaneously. Hours are 7.30 am to 3.30 though could change to 9am - 5pm.

Your duties will be varied and are not limited to:       

  • Daily switchboard management including identifying callers and directing to appropriate recipients
  • Greet clients and visitors,  ensure sign-in is completed, issue site passes
  • Manage and place orders for stationery as required
  • Act as backup/support for other administrative staff roles.
  • Cover for absence as required, and maintain a flexible approach to work hours within the needs of the business.
  • Mail sorting including the distribution of incoming and preparation of outgoing mail
  • Organise couriers as required
  • Control of security gate and monitor
  • Enter invoices for Accounts Payable as required
  • Other administration duties as required
