The Role

We currently have a full-time opportunity available for an experienced, self motivated Compliance Coordinator who would be sharing the role of Receptionist 2-3 days per week.

Due to the fast paced nature of this role we require someone who has previous administration and customer service experience, can think on their feet, manage their time well and have a professional and warm communication style. If you are successful in this role you will be assisting Clients, Candidate & Colleagues daily.

The duties include;

  • Data Entry
  • Reference checking
  • Greeting Candidates & performing inductions
  • Processing candidate applications
  • Conduct audits on processes and ensure compliance company wide
  • Creating documents using Microsoft Office
  • Assisting with all general administrative duties

To win this role you must have:

  • An extremely high level of attention to detail and initiative
  • A strong drive to further your career within Recruitment
  • Proven experience and high accuracy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Understanding the expectations of being the first point of contact
  • Strong, clear & effective communication skills
  • Pro-active and positive approach combined with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Friendly professional communication both face to face and over the phone
  • Excellent relationship building with both candidates and clients
  • Desire to be punctual and not a clock-watcher
  • Strong business acumen, administrative and computer skills
  • Current drivers license
  • A great team focused attitude, and a willingness to have fun while you work!
