Your new Role - Industrial Recruitment Consultant

As our industrial recruitment consultant working in our Blue Collar division, your role is to ensure every candidate and client has a memorable experience, you will build long-lasting relationships based on honesty, trust, and integrity to ensure our candidates and clients are well looked after each and every time. 

This is a 360-degree temp and perm desk that will keep you on your toes, multitasking is key along with your passion to exceed expectations and provide current industry knowledge and feedback.

A typical day working here

After your induction, and walk around to meet the team you will then jump straight into it. A normal day will include;

  • Screening, headhunting and interviewing candidates with a goal of getting them into the right role
  • Fulfilling our clients' recruitment needs accurately, in a prompt and timely manner, ensuring regular updates and feedback at all times
  • Focusing on candidate care and developing excellent relationships with your candidates
  • Preparing resumes, contracts, documents, and briefs
  • Discussing recruitment solutions with your clients based on your knowledge and experience to ensure the best outcome
  • Business Development and extending relationships with all client contacts

  • Monday to Friday role, flexibility with hours between 7am-6pm with an on-call roster.
