Linda Kemp - CEO

Linda has been a Professional Recruiter since 1973, originally in London, working for the largest recruitment company in Europe as the UK Regional Manager, and since 1979, in Australia.

Since moving to Australia, Linda and her family have lived in the Blue Mountains, and previously, all of her work has been based in Sydney or Parramatta - because, that's where most agencies are, and so like many of us, she spent up to 3 or 4 hours a day commuting.

Recognising a need for a local recruitment company that could handle all levels of permanent and temporary recruitment, she opened Complete Recruitment Solutions, in Kingswood. She developed a team of dedicated consultants and the business grew rapidly. Within just over 18 months of opening the doors the business was bursting at the seams and she recognised the need to relocate to bigger premises and CRS moved to Penrith CBD in October 2008.

In July 2010 Linda was awarded the 'Business Person of the Year' award, and in August 2011 the company was awarded the award for Outstanding Professional Services. The company also won the 'Business of the Year' for 2011.

Linda feels that it's an exciting industry to be a part of, and she is passionate about it, as she feels that if you do the job well, you have such a positive impact - both on the candidates that are placed in their future careers and the clients when they get the best person for the job.
