In addition to the quality candidates who are already registered with Complete Recruitment Solutions, we are able to identify suitable candidates from numerous sources. These include but are not limited to: referrals from our existing relationships, industry networking, print and internet advertising campaigns and research.
Our ability to ‘think outside the square’, and the resourceful approach of our team members, significantly strengthens our ability to access quality candidates in what is widely recognized as a significant candidate short market.
Finding someone who has the necessary skills to do the job isn’t the only challenge however. The important thing is to find someone who:

We screen candidates thoroughly, even before they attend our interview. We conduct in-depth face to face interviews, verifying the candidate’s background, experience & skills and identify the candidates' work and career preferences prior to discussing the role with them. We utilise skills assessment tools to ensure that the candidates have the necessary skills for the role. We conduct ‘in-depth’ verbal references with their previous employers.
Using our screening process, our skills assessments, our interviewing techniques and reference checking we ensure that the candidates short listed have:
