Our Organisational Psychologists have an understanding of how the work environment can be effected by grievances, and are able to offer workable solutions to these problems.


Our services in this domain have been heavily utilised by both government and private sector clients. The aim of our process is to effectively resolve issues and refocus staff back to their organisational accountabilities.   A typical case would involve:

  • Investigation of claim - one to one confidential interviews with implicated parties
  • Mediation between affected parties
  • Resolution - facilitation of open communication between parties
  • Monitoring of resultant action plans
  • Confidential report and recommendations to executive management
