Outplacement Services

Whether you require outplacement services for one individual or a number of individuals Complete Recruitment Solutions can meet your needs.

We offer 3 levels of outplacement being, Silver,Gold and Platinum. They are differentiated by the amount of time a person is enrolled in a program with the Silver program offering 6 weeks of support, the Gold 12 weeks and the Platinum 26 weeks.  All services are delivered in confidential one-on-one sessions.  These are held in capital cities or regional centres nationally and in NZ.  The costs are:

• Silver- $3,500
• Gold- $6,500
• Platinum- $11,500

During these one hour sessions topics covered can include creation of a resume, cover letters of application, skills assessment, interview skills, personal counselling, exploring options such as new employment, further education, running your own business plus the emotional aspects of retirement.  Once they are enrolled in an outplacement program we sit with them, listen to their situation, and design an action plan with realistic goals focussing on their exact needs.  We then guide the person through their action plan providing full support. This includes our availability to take calls, respond to emails where we may be reviewing cover letters of application, making recommendations or emotional support and guidance. They are able to book as many one-one-one sessions as they like within the duration of their outplacement program.

We make sure that all are treated with respect and we focus on their individual needs.  We ensure that they understand that your organisation has invested in them by supporting them during this transition stage. Our specialist team members have a great deal of experience in managing outplacement programs. This includes people at all levels and both private and government clients. Clients include Australian Customs (300 people nationally), Bonds, Jaguar, TransGrid, Clayton Utz, Deacons, BBQ’s Galore, the Workplace Authority, Australian Opera, etc.
