Your high volume accounts payable experience, along with exceptional all-rounder administration abilities will see you succeed in this admin support role.

 

Your new company

A medium sized business within the construction industry, this Australian owned company are busy and looking to gain additional support in their accounts team. 

You will be based in their lovely office in Arndell Park, there is onsite parking and you will have your own office.

 

About the Role

After your induction and meeting the team you will be shown their in house systems and will receive excellent support to get you up and running to provide full function Accounts administrative assistance across Accounts Receivable.

Once you’re trained up, the business is ok with people working from home on an as needed basis, but it is the expectation that you would normally be in the office.

Your new role will include:

  • After the invoices have been electronically read, you will be processing accounts payable and receivable invoices 
  • This is a high volume role
  • Use of Jobpac (Our client is happy to train you on this if you haven't used it before)
  • Doing weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Data entry
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Collecting the mail from the post office twice per week
  • Various other accounts administration as needed

 

About You

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Accounts Administrator who is able to work full time, 5 days per week. 

This role will suit a professional and friendly person with experience in an Accounts all rounder Administration role.

Our client is looking for the following key skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in an accounts payable role
  • The ability to communicate confidently, calmly and professionally at all levels
  • The ability to work full time hours based in the office 
  • Previous experience with Microsoft office suite
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • You will need your own car and license due to the location and duties
