About the Role

Due to business growth, our client has an opportunity for an experienced Sales and Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and professional team of 12.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist with Sales and Customer Service over the phone, as well administration duties and to help out in other areas as needed. 

The ability and interest to jump in and help wherever needed will really see you thrive in this role as the team is very supportive of each other!

Your new role will include:

  • Be the first point of call for incoming phone calls, reception and customer orders
  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers
  • Provide sales and customer support by providing technical product information (full product training provided)
  • Provide sales and support to customers on product features and benefits
  • Data entry and database management
  • Troubleshooting customer issues over the phone
  • Identify opportunities to drive process improvements
  • Coordinate administration functions including reception, mail, couriers, greeting clients and filing
  • Assist in planning and arranging company events
  • Assist with website and and social media profiles

About You

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service and Internal Sales Superstar who is able to work full time, onsite at the office.

This role will suit a professional and friendly person with experience in a similar Sales & Administration role.

Our client is looking for the following key skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • The ability to communicate clearly & confidently at all levels
  • Previous experience with Microsoft office suite at an intermediate level
  • High level of motivation, dedication & integrity
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in writing & over the phone
  • A current drivers license and your own reliable vehicle due to the location of the workplace
