This role would suit a professional EA who has experience in high level written documentation including board papers and diary management and is looking for a relaxed and down to earth environment.

 

About the Client

Our client has been around for many years and is a trusted NSW support services provider.

They truly are a beautiful organisation who puts their clients above all else. They are a Not For Profit and they live and breathe supporting the community through a positive and supportive approach to everything they do.

Due to an internal role change, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their down to earth, client focussed and friendly team. 

This role will be based in Leura.

 

About the Role

Our client has an opportunity for an experienced and down to earth Executive Assistant to join their team.

Your responsibility will be to support the  board and CEO 

The role will involve:

  • Calendar manage for the CEO
  • Preparation of board papers
  • Board meeting minutes
  • Correspondence drafting
  • Board appointment setting
  • Catering and event set up
  • Assisting with reporting and issuing minutes
  • Plus other general office administration and facilities management tasks

 

About You

We are looking for a warm, personable and accommodating EA who is friendly, a strong influencer and has expert skills in writing high level documentation.

This role will suit a down to earth EA who is comfortable working part time in a supportive NFP organisation.

Our client is looking for the following key skills:

  • At least 5 years experience as an EA or PA 
  • Experience in preparing board papers & minute taking
  • High level communicator, both written and verbal
  • A sound ability to gently influence stakeholders
  • A pleasant and tactful demeanour with a focus on confidentiality
  • Strong writing abilities
  • Advanced microsoft office skills
  • Highly organised & detail oriented
  • Experience from the Not For Profit sector would be highly regarded, but is not essential
  • Your own car and license due to the location of the role

  • $35 per hour + Super (Potentially negotiable upwards for the right candidate)
