This role would suit a polished and professional Office Administrator or PA who has experience in Polished and professional communication, written documentation & coordinating a busy office.

 

About the Client

Our client is in the Commercial Real Estate industry and has been in business for many years. They are a leader in their field!

They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator or PA to join their team and ideally grow within the business longer term into commercial Property Management.

This role will be based in The Gap, and does require working from the office.

 

About the Role

Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator or PA to join their team.

Your responsibility will be to support the smooth running of the office, be across everything they are across and really be an integral part of the day to day running of the team and office.

The role will involve:

  • Reception and answering calls
  • Assisting with coordinating the team
  • Liaising with commercial clients
  • Creating of legal documents and drafting letters
  • General business administration
  • High level written and verbal communication
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Assisting with general commercial leasing enquiries

 

About You

We are looking for a polished, personable and accommodating Officer Administrator or PA who is friendly, a strong influencer and has expert skills in high level communication.

This role will suit a can-do person with a strong team player focus.

Our client is looking for the following key skills:

  • At least 3 years experience as a Senior Administrator or PA (Or similar)
  • High level communicator, both written and verbal
  • A sound ability to gently influence stakeholders
  • A pleasant and tactful demeanour
  • Strong writing abilities
  • A high level of dedication and self motivation
