Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process fortnightly payroll through Xero, including submitting STP reporting
- Ensure all staff are trained in the submission of their fortnightly timesheets in Xero
- Ensure salary sacrifice payments and reportable FBT amounts are sent to Paywise
- Complete end-of-financial-year reconciliations and submit income statements
- Prepare monthly IAS and quarterly BAS
- Reconcile clearing accounts in Xero from Kounta and Tyro feeds for all sites
- Bank reconciliations in Xero
- Coordinate and prepare end-of-financial-year records for annual audit activities
- Process supplier and therapist payments in a timely manner
- Producing various financial reports, ensuring accountant deadlines are met
- Maintain efficient supplier performance across the organisation
Skills & Experience:
- Diploma of Accounting or equivalent
- Excellent working knowledge of Xero is a MUST
- 5 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word
- Organised and able to meet deadline
