Our client is a proudly Australian-owned company with operations across the country. They are specialists in height safety, roof and building access, and fall protection systems. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking to appoint a results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone with in-depth knowledge of height safety equipment, as a key focus will be offering expert advice and tailored solutions to clients, while also identifying potential risks on-site.
We are ideally looking for someone with the following attributes:
- Success in winning new business and achieving sales targets
- Ability to work with clients to understand desired outcomes

- Be able to read and interpret plans and drawings
- Ability to conduct audits and inspections on existing client sites

- Strong customer focus with exceptional negotiation skills
- High level of resilience, professionalism, and credibility
- Ability to be able to travel within regional NSW when required
