The company:Our client is a well-established joinery company in Emu Plains. Their continued growth has seen an opportunity arise within their team for an experienced CNC Operator to join their friendly and professional team in a permanent role paying $36-$39 per hour.
With hours of 7am - 3pm Mon-Fri, you will work full-time in a production focused role, machining compact laminate material into it's final form.
About the role: Your duties will be varied, but will include at a minimum:
- Set up and operate flatbed CNC machines.
- Completing QA Processes before and after cutting.
- Perform maintenance and operational checks on machinery and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Load and unload materials and safe handling of compact laminate sheets.
- Use a tablet or computer to record material usage.
- May receive training in other areas as required.
Selection criteria (Essential): - Experience operating flatbed CNC Machinery
- Previous experience with compact laminate (strongly preferred)
- Friendly, team based work attitude
- Strong safety first mindset
- Physically fit and healthy
Selection criteria (Highly Regarded): - Forklift License and experience with Counterbalance forklifts
- Computer Literacy (ERP experience is even more of a bonus)
