Our client has been based in the Penrith area for the last 44 years and is offering a very unique position as a Cook. They are looking for someone to join their friendly team, who is willing to be flexible and is available to work Wednesday through to Sunday, 5 days a week.
What's on offer:
- $65,000 - $75,000 plus super
- Hours are approx. 8am - 4pm
- Permanent salaried position with fulltime hours - Wednesday to Sunday
- Scenic working environment
Requirements/Experience:
- Previous experience as a cook
- Able to plan and follow a set menu
- MUST HAVE Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- MUST HAVE Drivers licence and own vehicle
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Organised, reliable and able to work autonomously
- Preparation and replenishment of stock
- Cleaning duties
- Willing to help in other areas if required
