HR Coordinator

Our client is a family-friendly organisation, that encourages and supports clients as well as their staff.  Their services provide compassionate, professional and experienced support workers who are passionate about the service they provide.

They provide respite care, house cleaning, domestic assistance and personal care whilst supporting NDIS goals.

They are looking for a HR Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience who has experience with interpreting the SCHADS Award.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Be able to provide high-level, timely and professional advice to the Director and Managers
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to support workers
  • Ensure a strong and up-to-date HR policy and procedure framework
  • Responsible for onboarding, compliance checks, and exiting processes
  • Develop position descriptions, recruitment, inductions, and training
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the management of employees
  • Ensure adequate processes/system are in place to support all areas of the business
Required:
  • Thorough understanding of the SCHADS award
  • A Diploma of Human Resources or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience working in HR
  • Drivers Licence
  • Industry experience will be highly regarded
  • Valid police check, WWCC, NDIS worker screening check
  • First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one
