Our client is a multi-award winning, residential landscaping business based in The Blue Mountains NSW. Offering landscape Design, construction and maintenance they are looking to bring a new team member on.
About the role:
Working onsite throughout the Blue Mountains, you will collaborate with Designers, suppliers and team mates from management to apprentices and provide premium, design led landscaping projects to residential customers.
What will you do:
- Ensure and uphold high standards of workmanship quality and safety.
- Carry out residential hardscape and softscape work as required on each job.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and team members.
- Read, understand and carry out works based on drawings and plans.
- Attend and contribute to team toolbox talks and safety meetings.
About you:
- Demonstrated residential landscaping experience. Essential
- Trade qualification in landscaping or similar discipline (Landscape construction, horticulture etc) - Essential
- Drivers license - Essential
- MR truck license (Or willingness to get one) - Essential
- Professional, respectful communication style with clients and suppliers - Essential
- Team leadership experience - Desirable
