Our client has been in business in Penrith for over 20 years and is well respected for home additions and renovations. 
They currently have a team of around 30 people and are proud to boast a very low staff turnover rate. This business has a mature and job focussed culture with a team who likes to have a joke with each other.

About the Role
Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join their friendly and professional team at the Penrith site.

Your primary responsibility will be to attend building sites, take photos and organise marketing materials into online files to share with the contracted marketing firm.

Your new role will include:
  • Going to project sites and taking progress and completion pictures
  • Coordination with the drone photography business to take photos and prepare them to share with the marketing company
  • Organising content and digital filing for the marketing firm
  • Creating flyers and templates
  • Some creation of marketing material (Depending on the candidate)
  • Use of marketing software including Canva and Photoshop
  • Back up administrative support as needed to support the team
  • This role has the potential to grow to full time and the duties can be varied to fit the right candidates skill set and work schedule (Call Kirby for a more detailed discussion about this)
About You
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Marketing and Coordination Superstar who is able to work full or part time time (Part time to start). You will need to be onsite for this role and as such there is no WFH flexibility for this position.

This role will suit a professional and friendly person with experience in a similar marketing role including photography. 

Our client is looking for the following key skills:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Marketing Coordination/photography role
  • Marketing experience from the construction industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential
  • The ability to communicate clearly & confidently at all levels
  • A good eye for detail and creativity with photography and flyer creation
  • High level of motivation, dedication & integrity
  • A current drivers license and your own reliable vehicle due to the nature of the on-site part of the role
What's on Offer
  • $30 - $35 ph plus super (Depending on experience)
  • 25 hours per week, with the potential for full time hours in the future
