Office Administrator

Our client is a family-owned engineering business with over 20 years of experience, operating across Greater Sydney. They specialise in both residential and commercial construction projects.

Due to their continued growth, they have an opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team

What's on Offer

  • A long-term permanent part-time role within a stable and supportive workplace
  • $65k - $70k pro-rata + super (negotiable depending on experience)
  • Flexible working days - however MUST include Friday
  • Blue Mountains location
  • Training provided
  • Immediate start available for the right candidate
  • Work as part of a fun and family-orientated team

Responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Checking timesheets
  • Marketing - sending out monthly mailouts
  • Following up with builders and Draftsmen
  • Data entry - using in-house quoting system
  • Provide sales support 
  • Raising and chasing up purchase orders
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are being followed and keeping a safe and tidy workplace
  • General administration duties
What are we looking for:
  • Experience within the construction industry will be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Work autonomously
  • Friendly and able to build relationships
  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • Previous experience with Microsoft office suite
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • A current drivers licence and own vehicle is a MUST. Site is not accessible by public transport
