Four day week with a long weekend every weekend!
Based in Greendale, (Penrith area) we are currently looking for Production Workers and a Forklift Driver to join the team in an ongoing production facility.

Production worker- Hourly pay rate: $33.24- $34.47 Forklift Driver + Super
Consistent weekly hours, start times – 6.30 am-4.30 pm/Monday to Thursday (Must be flexible)

Duties will include:
Monitoring the line for QA of products
Packing of product into cartons.
Loading of products onto conveyor and racking
Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching
Cleaning duties and maintaining a clean workspace
Store and maintain materials, equipment, and tools
Work effectively in a cold environment
Identify and escalate Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards, and risks
Participate in safety initiatives, follow the safety rules, speak up, and be mindful of risks
Be an active, committed, and reliable team member
Ability to understand, interpret, and follow instructions and procedures accurately
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
Be reliable and punctual, and work up to 10 hours a day over four days and enjoy a long weekend every weekend
Possess previous process work experience.
You need to have a reliable car and a current driver's licence.
Be physically fit and able to lift from 5 to 15 kgs
Possess good communication skills- both written and verbal
Follow strict food safety and workplace safety procedures
Current forklift license for the forklift position.
You must live in Australia and have full working rights to apply for this position – and be able to work 38 hrs per week over four days.
