The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a people-focused and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrator to join the team in a varied role, mixing reception and front-of-house activities with administration and compliance-related tasks.

This position is permanent part-time and allows some flexibility on hours to suit the successful candidate, either 3 full weekdays or perhaps school hours Monday to Friday.

A typical day will include at a minimum:
  • Answering phones
  • Management of inboxes
  • Greeting candidates
  • Processing candidate applications
  • Creating and managing documents using Google Suite
  • Assisting with all general administrative duties
  • Reference checking
  • And much more!
Selection Criteria
Due to the fast-paced nature of this role we're looking for someone with previous Reception, Administration, and Customer Service experience, who can think on their feet, manage their time well, and who possesses a professional and warm communication style.
  • A warm, friendly, and professional communication style - face-to-face, over the phone, and written
  • A high level of attention to detail and initiative
  • Strong multitasking ability
  • Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Business suite
  • A great team-focused attitude, and a willingness to have fun while you work!
  • A reasonably stable work history is advantageous
