About The Company
Our client is a successful and well known specialty retail brand. This store has been in operation for over 7 years and has a team of 10 staff for you to lead.

This business has a well established KPI structure tailored to help you get the best out of the store, your team and has all the support in place you will need to achieve great annual bonuses!

About the role
In this role you will have excellent autonomy to lead, develop and train your team to ensure the store is achieving its KPI’s.

This role will suit a seasoned manager who understands the value of delegation, ongoing training, staff mentoring and planning your week out in advance.

Your new role will include
  • Coaching and developing your team
  • Building sales capability within the team
  • Achieve the stores KPI’s
  • Merchandising
  • Leading and motivating a team of 10 to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Execute promotions within the store to achieve maximum sales
  • Drive the team to success in a positive and supportive way
  • Rostering
  • Reviewing customer feedback surveys
  • Owning overall store performance, maximise sales, margin, and driving profitability growth
  • Lead your team to operational excellence by ensuring compliance and high standards across the board
About you
We are looking for a passionate and proven store manager who leads by example and lives and breathes for the customer experience, achieving sales KPI’s and having a happy and high performing team.

We are ideally looking for the following key skills:
  • 2 - 3 years minimum experience working in large retail chain stores
  • Experience managing KPIs, budgets, promotions and P&L
  • A passion for a high-performing sales and customer focussed culture
  • Well trained retail sales abilities 
  • Strong staff training experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • A high level of motivation and passion for what you do
Whats in it for you
