Team Leader/Project Supervisor - Installations

About The Company:

Australian-owned national height safety company. They design, manufacture, and install safety access systems, working predominantly on industrial and commercial buildings across Australia.

The Role:

Using your height safety industry experience, you'll lead small teams of Installers installing a range of height access safety products and equipment, including anchor points, fixed ladders, walkways, static lines etc. You will work throughout Sydney, working away from home perhaps 1 or 2 nights per month, attracting LAHA.

Selection Criteria:
  • Previous height safety installation experience 
  • White card
  • Current Australian driver's licence
  • Current working at heights ticket (or willingness to renew)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol test
  • Any previous experience leading small teams is beneficial
  • Attention to detail
The Package: 
  • up to $45/hr + Super and regular paid overtime (wages)
  • Fully maintained company vehicle+ fuel card and toll pass
  • Monthly paid RDOs
  • 2 year personal development plan
  • Annual performance and salary reviews
