Warehouse Coordinator
The Company:
Our Client is an Australian family-owned business constructing outdoor living spaces such as decks, patios and shade structures. They've been operating in the local area for decades. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Co-Ordinator to join their team.
This is a permanent position Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm.The Role: - Manage warehouse and yard inventory, stock takes, cycle counts and raising orders as required
- Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse and yard operations, including regular toolbox talks
- Coordinating your team to ensure orders are ready for the installation team each day, and sometimes assisting those Installers in the field
- Liaising with the marketing team to support logistics relating to trade shows
- Coordinating deliveries and pickups as required, sometimes completing them yourself
- Assorted other tasks as required, including some administrative work, although 95% of your time will be spent on the floor vs 5% admin
Selection Criteria: - Previous experience running a small warehouse (2 years +)
- Forklift License - (2 years +)
- MR Truck license (manual)
- White card
- Computer literacy with experience in Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Decent level of physical fitness, capable of manual handling
- MUST HAVE FULL AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS
This is a permanent role based near Penrith with hours of 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday. A salary of $75,000 - $80,000 + super is on offer, with full training and support on offer. Come work with this friendly and supportive team!
