Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, including unloading, inspection, and appropriate storage
- Process incoming orders and ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Monitor inventory levels of key stock items, conducting rolling and monthly stocktakes
- Manage the storage and handling of chilled and frozen food in compliance with food safety standards
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation, including scheduling servicing and compliance checks (e.g., test and tag)
- Ensure trailers and catering equipment are maintained in a “hire-ready” condition at all times
- Carry out minor repairs and coordinate outsourced repairs when required
- Liaise with volunteers regarding stock or equipment availability and scheduling changes
- Participate in staff meetings and training workshops as required
- Source pricing and prepare purchase proposals for equipment and product procurement
- Manage purchasing of event consumables, trailer restock items, food supplies, and other required products
Skills and Experience: - At least five years of experience in warehouse management
- Forklift licence a MUST
- Demonstrated experience in workplace safety and regulatory compliance
- Strong, proven leadership capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of logistics operations and inventory control
- High attention to detail with a focus on accurate data entry and record maintenance
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and sound decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
