About the role

Our client is growing, and they now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and team orientated NDIS Plan Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the supportive and friendly Administration Manager, your role will be to ensure that financial management processes are completed efficiently and aligned with the policies and procedures in place.

Some of your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Signing up new clients (mostly over the phone) and managing clients plan management funding
  • Monitor participant funding on a quarterly basis
  • Accounts payable for NDIS bills
  • Ensuring monthly statements are provided
  • Request and review participant reports on a regular basis
  • Providing exceptional and supportive customer service to NDIS participants and NDIS Service providers
  • Some admin support and miscellaneous duties as required
  • Data entry

  • Experience in Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping/Accounts Administration
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite
