Your new Company
Due to their continued growth and expansion our client, a large Australian-owned company with a good reputation and a long history, is looking for a Hydraulic Fitter with a fantastic attitude to join their team in their modern, clean, supportive, and safety-focused workshop, based on the Central Coast.
Your New Role:
Your role will be completely workshop/factory-based. Working within a clean manufacturing environment, you will assist with the assembly of equipment that includes hydraulic components. You will 'plumb in' all lines and hoses, test and validate those fittings and components, and otherwise complete the last step of the manufacturing process.
You will remain dry and clean throughout your work day, and work with an amazing team of friendly and supportive workmates.
What do you need to be successful? - You will have a number of years' experience working with hydraulics, either field or workshop-based
- You will be eager to share your knowledge, as well as learn new things, and will fully embrace working within a team-based environment
- You will have a great eye for quality, and ensure that all hydraulic components are working as per specification
- You are positive, reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- You're physically fit and able to work safely handling weights up to 20kg
- You'll already have the ability to use a computer/tablet at a very basic level
- If you're trade qualified as a Fitter/Machinist, have a forklift ticket, a white card, or can weld to a decent standard, any of these qualities will give your application a boost - but none of these are essential
- Must have full working rights in Australia
