Our client is a proudly Australian-owned and operated business, dedicated to delivering tailored solutions through the design and implementation of height safety systems. They are currently seeking a results-oriented sales professional to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with in-depth knowledge of height safety equipment, a strong drive to succeed, and a passion for contributing to the company’s sales growth. The successful candidate will excel at building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Drive sales through proactive business development, from initial prospecting to closing deals and providing after-sales customer support
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to ensure long-term profitability
- Conduct on-site sales visits, deliver product presentations, and lead equipment demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the existing customer base
- Promote and advocate the company’s product range to both new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support ongoing company growth
- Provide regular and accurate sales and activity reporting
- Take full ownership of projects from point of sale through to successful completion
- Develop tailored system designs and prepare accurate cost estimates
- Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive customer records in CRM systems
- Track tender submissions and provide timely progress updates
- Represent the company at trade shows, showcasing products and services to potential customers
