About the Role:
Due to business growth, our client has an opportunity for an experienced and hands-on Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team at the Kingswood site. It would suit a Mechanic looking to move into an office-based role, or experienced Service Advisor with past mechanical experience.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service and recommendations, book in jobs, and on occasion, assist through hands-on light trade assistance or test-driving vehicles.

Your new role will include:
  • Providing advice, explanations and recommendations to customers
  • Answering the phone and booking in jobs
  • Road testing vehicles
  • Invoicing and ordering
  • Conducting rego checks (If you have the ticket - not essential)
About You:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor who is able to work full-time and also do regular paid overtime. This role would suit an ex-mechanic who is wanting to work primarily off the tools but still perform the occasional mechanical task or test drive, however mechanical experience is not essential.

Our client is looking for the following key skills:
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Some experience in a Service Advisor role is preferred
  • Good computer skills
  • The ability to drive a manual vehicle, and current driver's licence
  • Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
  • Mechanical experience is a bonus
  • RTA Rego Inspection Ticket is a bonus

  • $35 - $45 per hour plus 12% Super (Dependent on experience)
