Our client is looking for a
Service Coordinator to join their supportive and friendly team.
About the role:As a Service Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Service Technicians scheduling their workload, and keeping clients updated.
Duties: - Coordinate access and customer requirements in order to complete requested service works.
- Closeout tasks within the system in order to generate reports and invoices for the customer
- Update information within the operating system as required
- Attend to customer requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously
- Provide assistance and guidance for service technicians in order for them to complete required tasks and processes
- Raise tasks in the operating system (Aroflow)
- Raise and action customer quotes as required
- Order parts and approve supplier invoices for payment
- Provide general administrative support to staff
To succeed in this role you will need: - 2+years of experience in a similar role
- Experience using Aroflow would be advantageous however training can be provided
- Able to work autonomously
- Great communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
What's in it for you?:
- Full-time permanent role
- Starting salary between $75,000 - $80,000 + Super based on experience
- Mon-Fri 8 am start negotiable (38hr week)
