Team Leader - Installations
About The Company:Australian-owned national height safety company. They design, manufacture, and install safety access systems, working predominantly on industrial and commercial buildings across Australia.
The Role:
Using your height safety industry experience, you'll lead small teams of Installers installing a range of height access safety products and equipment, including anchor points, fixed ladders, walkways, static lines etc. You will leave your Wetherill Park base each morning and mostly work throughout Sydney, working away from home perhaps 1 or 2 nights per month, attracting LAHA.
Selection Criteria: - Previous height safety installation experience
- White card
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Current working at heights ticket (or willingness to renew)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Any previous experience leading small teams is beneficial
- Attention to detail
The Package: - $45hr + Super and regular paid overtime (wages)
- FMCV + fuel card and toll pass
