For more than 30 years our client has been supplying its customers with diesel engines, parts, and service, covering many of the world's leading engine brands. They offer a comprehensive parts inventory, access to the latest power supplies, and leading technical know-how.

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and professional individual to join their supportive team and learn all the ins and outs of this specialised business, including parts interpreting as well as supporting the service division.

About The Role:
This role is entry-level, it offers a broad mix of duties, and full training is provided. Some of your day-to-day activities will include:
  • Customer service via telephone and email
  • Identifying required parts and providing advice on them
  • Quoting, invoicing, and dispatching parts
  • Booking freight and following up on orders
  • Picking orders from the warehouse as needed
  • Stock management
  • Assisting the service division as needed
  • And most importantly, developing great relationships with your customers by providing great service!
About you:
We're looking for a reliable, motivated, and proactive team member who wants to learn! You'll have a great attitude, work well within a small team, and will ask lots of questions.

Our client is looking for the following key attributes:
  • Strong desire to learn parts interpreting - you might already have some experience you'd like to expand on, be looking for a career change, or perhaps you've recently left school
  • Current driver's licence and own transport is essential (limited public transport available)
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A good level of computer literacy
  • Reasonable level of physical fitness with no lifting restrictions
  • A track record of reliability in your previous roles

  • Permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday
  • Full training and support from an industry leader
  • $50,000 - $60,000 + Super
